We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Membership Data Analyst to join our team. As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting large volumes of membership data to provide valuable insights and support data-driven decision-making processes. Your primary focus will be on leveraging your strong SQL skills to extract, manipulate, and report data from various sources—including Data Lake (S3), Redshift, and Salesforce. You will also create simple dashboards to deliver actionable insights.
Responsibilities:
- Utilize such tools as SQL, Redshift, Salesforce, and Tableau for data extraction, manipulation, and visualization.
- Work closely with IT and department staff to create dashboards and regular and ad-hoc reports to support data-driven decision-making.
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of membership data across all platforms and engage in data cleanup processes.
- Work with the member services team to help engage in data-driven process improvements and establish long-term best practices regarding data management.
Qualifications:
Required
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3 years of work experience as a Data Analyst or Reporting Analyst, with a focus on utilizing SQL for data extraction and reporting.
- Proficiency in query optimization techniques and performance tuning.
- Familiarity with member databases or client relationship management systems, such as Salesforce and/or Nimble
- Solid understanding of statistical concepts and data analysis techniques.
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Preferred
- Experience in a non-profit or membership-based association.
- AWS Experience, especially AWS Redshift and AWS Athena
- Experience in creating and maintaining dashboards using Tableau.
- Experience working with Salesforce Objects.

ACR is committed to a total rewards compensation philosophy that includes base salary in addition to our full suite of comprehensive benefits. ACR’s goal is to pay competitively and equitably. It is typical for individuals to be hired in the entry to middle of the range for their role, and compensation decisions depend on each case’s circumstances. A reasonable estimate of the annual compensation range for this position is $80,550 – $107,450.
