American Community Bank & Trust is seeking a talented Head of Digital Product Management to lead our digital transformation efforts. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and optimize solutions to enhance business processes and client experiences.
A highly qualified candidate will have three to five years of experience in digital product management, a user experience mindset, strong understanding of back-end and front-end digital operations, and an ability to develop data analytics that can be used to track, analyze, and improve our digital products.
The successful candidate will apply their excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills for working with a team to create process and procedures. They will be able to translate the needs of users into digital business objectives and goals through realization.
Main Objectives:
- Develop a strategic roadmap for the bank's digital suite
- Lead cross-functional teams to design, implement, and optimize solutions
- Manage digital system upgrades, enhancement, and escalate service issues/troubleshooting as needed
- Ensure online client training resources remain up to date and relevant
