We are seeking a Senior Digital Solutions Lead to join our growing team at American Community Bank & Trust. As a Senior Digital Solutions Lead, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and optimize solutions to enhance business processes and client experiences.
A highly qualified candidate will have three to five years of experience in digital product management, a user experience mindset, strong understanding of back-end and front-end digital operations, and an ability to develop data analytics that can be used to track, analyze, and improve our digital products.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the digital solutions performance levels, bulletins/releases/upgrade schedules, overseeing requirements of discovery, solution development, and user acceptance testing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver banker learning to ensure comprehensive knowledge of the bank's digital solutions
- Collaborate with the treasury management team for client need alignment
- Maintain metrics on user traffic to monitor and analyze trends to support bank growth
- Monitor and evaluate digital solution performance (SLAs) to facilitate continuous improvement
