What are the responsibilities and job description for the HOA Account Manager (Virtual) position at American Community Management?
Key Responsibilities and Core Competencies Include:
Represents ACM, exemplifies strong managerial ability, highly organized, demonstrates proficient technical knowledge of documents, covenants and regulatory requirements to direct staff, accomplish routine contract deliverables.
- Responsibilities include:
- Serve as a portfolio manager within ACM's HOA division servicing smaller HOAs with primary role as board liaison and support to the division lead. Inspections, homeowner inquiries and report production will be handled by other team members.
- Coordinate with team members within ACM.
- Assist with meeting contractual deadlines.
- Attend virtual board meetings as requested.
- Review service contracts and insurance policies annually.
- Coordinate bids for large projects with outsourced project management firm.
- Strong collaborator within a team who is deadline driven and possess a sense of urgency.
- Serve as key contact for Board inquiries in conjunction with the support of senior team members for non-routine requests.
Education/ Experience Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED, college preferred , or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
- Knowledge of Maryland HOA Act, a plus.
- Two (2) years of customer service experience
- Property Management/Association/Real Estate experience a plus
- Excellent word processing, math and computer skills required
- M-100 Preferred with goal of obtaining CMCA within one year.
- Must have valid driver’s license and own vehicle
