Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Cutter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately cutting materials according to specifications and blueprints, ensuring high-quality standards in every project. This role requires proficiency with various hand tools and heavy equipment, as well as a strong understanding of construction techniques and safety protocols. The Cutter will work closely with other team members to execute projects efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities

• Operate hand tools and heavy equipment to cut materials such as wood, stucco, and concrete.
• Read and interpret blueprints to determine cutting specifications.
• Perform trim carpentry tasks, including building and restoring structures as needed.
• Execute concrete pumping and finishing tasks to meet project requirements.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety regulations at all times.
• Assist in hardscape projects by accurately measuring and cutting materials.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in using hand tools and operating heavy equipment.
• Strong skills in trim carpentry, concrete pumping, and concrete finishing.
• Ability to read blueprints and understand construction plans.
• Experience with stucco applications is a plus.
• Knowledge of hardscape installation techniques is desirable.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
