Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Ability to interact with vendors
- Ability to communicate efficiently with mine management and co-workers
- Inventory control
- Physically supporting inbound/outbound inventory movement
- Filing of documents
- Receipt entry
- Placing order for parts/materials
- Ability to work without direct supervision
- Ability to multi-task
Experience
- SAP experience, preferred
- Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Excel, preferred
- Previous warehouse/purchasing experience, preferred
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age
- High School Diploma or GED, preferred
- Reliable transportation
- Regular and punctual attendance
- Effective communication is required
- Mining credentials are not required
- Must be able to work safely and effectively as part of a team or independently
- Must be able to successfully pass a post offer drug test and background check
- Ability to work in the United States without sponsorship
Job Schedule and Physical Demands
- Must be able to work overtime, weekends and holidays as needed or as schedule requires (subject to applicant’s religious practices)
- Must be able to work a rotating shift schedule on a 24/7 basis (subject to the applicant’s religious practices)
- Ability/willingness to work any shift assigned
- Ability to lift floor-to-waist and waist-to-overhead
- Ability to push/pull as needed
- Standing, bending, step climbing, crawling and working overhead
- Ability to perform heavy labor and lift 50 pounds as needed
