Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manufacturing Team Lead to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of associates, ensuring efficient production processes, and maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the manufacturing team and implement production plans
- Maintain accurate records, track inventory, and ensure timely delivery of products
- Identify and address any quality or safety issues that may arise during production
Requirements:
- Two-year technical degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Previous experience in a manufacturing and/or warehouse supervisory role required
- Ability to read and interpret process instructions, drawings, dimensions, and machine settings
- Experience measuring with tape measures, calipers, micrometers, or similar devices
- Able to lift up to 75 pounds and stand, walk, lift, and reach throughout the shift
