Responsibilities
- Order parts for equipment repairs
- Receive in and count product deliveries accurately, identifying missing or damaged items
- Greet and assist walk-in customers and answer phones
- Write up sales orders with correct customer and product information
- Maintain correct stock inventory counts and process transfers
- Rental Equipment Inventory: organize and keep the rental inventory serviced and rental-ready
- Write up customer work orders
Requirements
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record (no DUIs; no recent moving violations)
- Excellent customer service skills - in person and over the phone
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects
- Comfortable using basic computer programs and technology (Windows and Microsoft Office proficiency)
