Key Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and oversight for all nursing services across the organization.
- Develop and implement nursing strategies that enhance patient care and operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare laws, regulations, and accreditation standards.
- Collaborate with other department heads and leadership to align nursing goals with the organization's strategic vision.
- Manage nursing budgets, staffing levels, and resource allocation.
- Promote a positive work environment focused on professional development, patient safety, and staff well-being.
- Implement and monitor quality assurance programs to maintain high standards of patient care.
- Foster collaboration between nurses, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to improve patient outcomes.
- Any additional Ad Hoc work or projects as determined by the CEO, COO, or Board of Directors
- Education: Masters Degree in Nursing (MSN) or related field required. A Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) or MBA is preferred.
- Licensure: Active RN license required.
- Experience: Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive leadership experience in nursing, including clinical and administrative responsibilities.
- Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills. Ability to manage a large staff and budget, and effectively collaborate with other executives and departments.
