Key Responsibilities:
The Design Manager will be responsible for leading collaborative project delivery from initial proposal through preconstruction, facilitating design workshops and constructability reviews. This includes implementing best practices for alternative project delivery, optimizing efficiency and risk mitigation strategies.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum eight years of experience in engineering, business development, estimating, or project management within water and wastewater infrastructure, and a deep understanding of design-build, CMAR, and integrated project delivery methods.
