Are you a seasoned construction leader with a passion for delivering high-quality projects? ACE is looking for a Superintendent to oversee and construct projects ranging from $5M - $15M. This is a key leadership role that ensures our projects meet the highest standards while fostering a culture of safety, teamwork, and excellence.
What You’ll Do- Lead & Mentor Teams – Supervise crews of up to 20 employees and subcontractors, ensuring top-tier performance and professional growth.
- Plan & Execute Projects – Work alongside project managers to schedule, allocate resources, and manage construction from start to finish.
- Ensure Safety & Compliance – Promote a safety-first culture, conduct inspections, and enforce regulations.
- Manage Subcontractors & Vendors – Oversee third-party work, resolve issues, and maintain strong relationships.
- Control Costs & Schedules – Monitor budgets, adjust plans as needed, and drive projects to completion on time and within scope.
- 7 years of self-perform construction experience OR an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, delegate, and mentor teams.
- Experience managing subcontractors, budgets, and schedules.
- A commitment to safety, quality, and innovation in every project.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and lift up to 50 lbs.

Salary : $100,000 - $115,000
