In this role, you'll work closely with our talented engineering and manufacturing teams, guiding projects from the initial spark of an idea through to successful implementation. What You’ll Do:
- Solve Complex Problems: Use your advanced knowledge to tackle tough engineering challenges and develop cutting-edge solutions.
- Innovate & Design: Apply your expertise to create detailed designs and explore new technologies that drive our projects forward.
- Lead the Way: Take charge of major projects, setting objectives, managing timelines, and ensuring successful outcomes from start to finish.
- Mentor & Inspire: Share your knowledge and experience by mentoring other engineers, helping them grow and succeed.
What We’re Looking For:
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from an ABET/EAC-accredited program.
- A dedication to continuous learning to keep your skills sharp and up-to-date.
Skills:
- Stellar communication skills that shine in both verbal and written forms.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Project) and a knack for multitasking in a dynamic environment.
- Proven ability to handle stress, resolve conflicts, and make sound decisions.
Experience:
- 7 years of hands-on experience in electrical engineering, demonstrating growth through roles such as Electrical Engineering I, II, and III.
- A history of creative problem-solving and ethical leadership.
- Familiarity with key codes and standards like NFPA, UL 508A, and ASME.
Certifications:
- Professional Engineer (preferred, but not required).
