What You’ll Do:
Production & Maintenance Support
- Assist with painter prep tasks, including grinding and sandblasting large structural steel.
- Perform general maintenance, cleaning, stocking, and material handling.
- Help in all production areas as needed, learning new tasks along the way.
Equipment Operation
- Operate cranes, forklifts, and other material handling equipment after training.
- Perform rigging tasks to prepare materials heavier than 50 pounds for transport.
- Support simple maintenance and production tasks under supervision.
General Labor & Facility Upkeep
- Sweep floors, handle deliveries and pick-ups, and assist with groundskeeping (grass cutting, etc.).
- Follow all safety procedures and guidelines to maintain a safe work environment.
What We’re Looking For:
Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience:
- Ability to read drawings and blueprints is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of machinery, equipment, and tools is beneficial.

- Strong work ethic and reliability (attendance & punctuality).
- Willingness to learn and take on various tasks as assigned.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and follow safety protocols.
Work Environment & Physical Demands:
- Must be able to lift and move objects up to 50 pounds.
- Work involves standing, walking, and operating tools and machinery.
- Exposure to industrial shop environments, including moving mechanical parts and equipment.
