Reports to: CEO

Location: 531 Old Swede Road - Douglassville, Pennsylvania 19518 | This position is on-site, and we are looking for people who share our passion for teamwork. We are better when we are together!  

 

Salary: Competitive starting hourly rate

 

12-week Internship Start: Can expect to start before the end of May 2025. Full-time hours for the duration | Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm, can be flexible.

What You’ll Do:

 

As the MBA Intern Assistant to the CEO, you will:

  • Conduct market research, ROI analysis, and develop business plans to drive key initiatives.
  • Act as an extension of the CEO in meetings, with stakeholders, and during high-level interactions.
  • Organize, track, and report on projects, ensuring timely and efficient completion.
  • Create impactful dashboards and reports to support data-driven decisions.
  • Draft, review, and send professional communications on behalf of company executives.
  • Monitor progress on strategic initiatives and recommend adjustments as needed.
  • Build strong relationships across departments to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Manage executive-level social media accounts to enhance professional presence.
  • Collaborate on initiatives that promote organizational learning and growth.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Currently enrolled in an MBA program with a strong academic record.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal – with a persuasive, professional style.
  • Advanced analytical skills with experience in data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or advanced Excel).
  • High level of discretion, integrity, and professionalism when handling confidential information.
  • Experience in strategic planning, organizational management, and executive support.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively as a member of high performing teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
