What You’ll Do:

• Process customer orders via phone, email, fax, and mail.
• Assist with shipping arrangements, confirm details, and coordinate logistics.
• Order and source parts from domestic and international suppliers.
• Support E-Commerce and online store sales by managing inventory and inquiries.
• Verify customer credit status and prepare invoices for spare parts.
• Provide customers with drawings, diagrams, and parts lists for their orders.
• Prepare and deliver spare parts quotes in a timely manner.

What We’re Looking For:

Qualifications:

• Education: High School Diploma required; Associate’s Degree preferred.
• Experience:
  • At least two years of experience in an administrative, customer service, or sales support role.
  • Familiarity with parts manuals, technical drawings, and blueprints is a plus.
  • Experience with a 10-key calculator preferred.
• Skills:
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong mathematical ability and attention to detail.
