The Home Health RN Supervisor assures care is coordinated between services and client's needs are identified and addressed.
HOURS:
- Part time 16-20 hours a week. Time is split between field and office.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Registered Nurse with previous Home Care experience
- Working knowledge of private duty nursing
- Adult/pediatric trach and vent experience
- Hold current and unrestricted RN license valid in Virginia
- Super organized and detail oriented
- Excellent writing and communication skills
- Ability to get along with others even in stressful situations
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Word and other like programs, operating computers and establishing work flow
RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Home Health Supervisor will collaborate with Clinical Coordinator and Director of Clinical Operations to facilitate safety and assure positive outcomes across services lines.
