Warehouse Associate
American Cruise Lines is a rapidly growing nationwide company headquartered in Guilford, CT seeking a responsible, detail orientated Warehouse Associate for our Salisbury, MD facility. We are pursuing a goal-oriented and driven person who will be responsible for managing the receiving & shipping or delivering inventory to our fleet of cruise ships across the country. The applicant must have a general knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and a working understanding of inventory management and data collection. Experience with FedEx/UPS and LTL carriers is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Package and ship inventory including small package and LTL.
- Load inventory into company box or work truck and deliver to local vessels and facilities.
- Promptly unload trucks and small package deliveries.
- Generate inventory & shipping reports, update shipping logs.
- Create shipping lists, packing slips, shipping labels & other documentation.
- Maintain and organize warehouse.
- Coordinate preventative maintenance of company vehicles.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Ability to work in a fast paced and deadline driven environment.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Highly motivated.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds.
- Experience with forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Available to work full-time hours Monday-Friday.
- Valid Driver's License to operate company vehicles.
