Warehouse Associate
American Cruise Lines is a rapidly growing nationwide company is seeking a responsible and detailed orientated shipping and receiving specialist for our Salt Lake City, UT training center. We are looking for a goal oriented and driven person will find exceptional career advancement opportunities. This person is responsible for managing inventory of the on-site warehouse, shipping uniforms and other inventory as needed. Distributing packages received to the end recipient and the warehouse. The person must have general knowledge in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office and have a working understanding of inventory management information systems and data collection. You will also have the opportunity to make recommendations to senior management for efficiency and process improvements. Experience with fedex.com and ups.com preferred.
Responsibilities
- Package and ship warehouse inventory while maintaining par levels.
- Track and confirm delivery of orders and shipments to vessels.
- Generate inventory & shipping reports; update shipping logs.
- Create shipping lists, packing slips, shipping labels & other documentation.
Qualifications
- Ability to work in a fast paced and deadline driven environment.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Highly motivated.
- Ability to lift 55 pounds.
- Ability to solve problems.
- Monday through Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm. with weekends as needed.
- Must be located within commutable distance of Salt Lake City, UT.
