Responsibilities include:
- Maintains clear knowledge of ACE Core Values and demonstrates awareness of how those objectives relate to all position responsibilities.
- Completes administrative duties in support of company sales including fielding phone calls and emails. Interfaces with other departments to ensure customer orders are ordered & delivered accurately and on time. Handles internal and external documentation required for product returns. Helps ensure all customers receive “2 ring” service.
- Provides customer service. Follows up with customers regarding order details or problems with orders, including delivery dates, problems with the parts, and/or shipping issues. Works with internal departments as needed to follow up on vendor delivery dates & resolve customer problems.
- Accurately enters Sales Orders into system, reviewing pricing and delivery dates to ensure accuracy. Enters notes into the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database. Sends order confirmations to the customer.
- Records all relevant customer contact into Customer Relationship Management Database.
- Schedules follow up contact activities for self and for other Sales Staff through CRM database.
- Enters data into Quotebot. Prepares and sends customer quotes, as requested by Sales Team. Follows up with Sales staff and/or customer as appropriate.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year office/clerical experience. Customer Service experience preferred.
- Willingness to grow into Sales Account Manager
- Experience with MS Office, including at least 1 year experience using MS Word and Excel.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Must be able to work in a team environment.
- Excellent attention to detail.
