Construction Contracts Administrator - Onsite
This position provides critical support to the project team by managing and administering construction contracts. The role works closely with the Development & Engineering Department, including department leadership, project managers, and project controls staff, ensuring the efficient execution of contractual and payment processes.
Key Responsibilities :
- Perform data entry to support contract development, payment tracking, and management.
- Develop, route, and manage contract-related documentation, including contracts, amendments, change orders, and payment applications.
- Assemble and prepare payment application invoices and maintain department-wide invoice tracking systems.
- Oversee the preparation, assembly, and routing of professional services and construction contracts, including annual or on-call contracts.
- Handle contract renewals, amendments, and change orders, ensuring compliance with required standards.
- Manage and track insurance requirements, including Owner Controlled Insurance Programs (OCIP).
- Assist with revising and updating departmental standard operating procedures.
