Duties
- Safely operate delivery vehicles, including box trucks and vans, to transport goods to customers.
- Load and unload products at various locations, ensuring items are handled with care.
- Conduct routine inspections of the vehicle before and after each trip to ensure safety and compliance.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including time logs and delivery confirmations.
- Follow designated routes while adhering to traffic laws and company policies.
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers and customers regarding delivery status and any potential issues.
- Assist in warehouse operations as needed, including inventory management and organization.
Skills
- Driving personal vehicle to deliver auto parts
- Strong capability for heavy lifting (up to 50 pounds) during loading and unloading processes.
- Familiarity with route driving and navigation systems for efficient delivery planning.
