Position Overview: We are looking for a CPA who is not only well-versed in accounting principles but also an expert in Sage Intacct software. This individual will play a key role in training our accounting team, providing ongoing support, and ensuring our team fully leverages the capabilities of Sage Intacct for seamless financial management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct training sessions for accounting staff on Sage Intacct software, focusing on its full suite of features and capabilities.
- Provide tailored, hands-on support for staff as they become familiar with the platform.
- Troubleshoot issues and help resolve any software-related challenges.
- Assist with the integration of Sage Intacct into our current financial processes and systems.
- Develop and provide training materials and guides to ensure ongoing support for our team.
- Advise on best practices for optimizing Sage Intacct for our accounting needs.
Qualifications:
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with strong knowledge of financial accounting practices.
- Expert-level proficiency in Sage Intacct with hands-on experience implementing, using, and troubleshooting the software.
- Previous experience in training accounting professionals on software applications is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to translate technical software concepts to non-technical users.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
