Key Responsibilities:

Patient Scheduling
- Schedule appointments efficiently and accurately for patients, keeping the office running smoothly.
- Manage patient flow to minimize wait times and maximize office productivity.

Treatment Plan Presentation
- Assist in presenting treatment plans to patients, ensuring they have a clear understanding of their dental care options.

Correspondence with Specialists
- Coordinate with dental specialists to manage patient referrals and track follow-ups.
- Ensure smooth communication between our office and external providers.

Administrative Support
- Manage patient intake, verify insurance information, and maintain accurate patient records.
- Assist with patient communication, including reminders, confirmations, and follow-ups.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a dental office, preferably in a front office scheduling role.
- Familiarity with Dentrix is a plus!
- Ability to handle multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor when interacting with patients.
- Experience with treatment plan presentations and managing correspondence with specialists is a plus.
