Dental Receptionist

Front Desk Dental Receptionist - $18 - $21 per hour

We are searching for an upbeat front office team member to help manage the flow of patients on our daily surgical schedule. You will serve as the chief point of contact for our patients, guiding them through their administrative process. Looking for someone who has an upbeat attitude and professional demeanor.

Responsibilities:

• Greet patients warmly upon arrival and dismissal.
• Perform patient check-in and check-out processes.
• Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments.
• Verify patient insurance eligibility and benefits.
• Follow up on no-shows and appointment cancellations.
• Handle cash transactions and daily reports.
• Check and manage voicemail messages regularly.

Requirements:

• 2-years Dental experience
• Proficient in verifying insurance and patient eligibility.
• Ability to multi-task and work efficiently in a busy environment.

Pay Range: $18 - $21 per hour

Schedule:

• Monday - Friday (8am - 5pm)
