Oral Surgery Treatment Plan Coordinator (Full-Time) - $60,000 - $70,000 per year

We’re seeking an experienced, energetic Treatment Plan Coordinator to join our Oral surgery team. If you excel in a fast-paced environment, love assisting patients with their treatment options, and are dedicated to providing top-notch service, we want to meet you!

Key Responsibilities :

  • Calculate copays and present financial responsibility
  • Guide patients through detailed Oral Surgery treatment plans
  • Coordinate appointments and scheduling
  • Deliver exceptional service with a strong customer-first approach

Requirements :

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Oral Surgery treatment planning, including copay calculations and financial presentations
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Previous experience in office administration is a plus
