Responsibilities
- Conduct consultations and explain treatment plans
- Build rapport and address patient concerns
- Assist with scheduling and payments
- Manage balances and collections
- Required: Experience as a Treatment Plan Coordinator in a dental office
- Knowledge of dental insurance plans (HMO, DMO)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Preferred: Dentrix experience
- Excellent interpersonal, administrative, organizational, phone, and computer skills
