Responsibilities
- Create and execute menus: Breakfast, Lunch, Catering, Special Events, Concessions: modify based on food trends, costs, patron requests, and seasonal availability.
- Weekly inventory, knowledge of on-line purchasing, cost control and catering systems.
- Hiring employees, staff development, manage work schedules and labor costs.
- Superior customer service skills are required; will interact daily with our customers and client.
- May assist with special corporate projects or events.
- May be assigned other duties and responsibilities as needed.
- Bachelor's Degree or Culinary Degree from an accredited university, college, or culinary association.
- 5 years' experience in a similar culinary management position in Retail, Education, Business Dining, Sports Arena, or Hotel industry.
- Solid knowledge with Microsoft Office.
- Excellent time management, organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively and enthusiastically in a fast- paced environment, high volume service and enjoy daily customer contact.
- Must be able to adapt to a flexible work schedule.
