Responsibilities
- Manager Account coverage for corporate and education dining services including culinary and service operation.
- Execute all menus, including daily meal service and catering; modifies the menu based on food trends, costs, patron requests, and seasonal availability.
- Weekly inventory, knowledge of on-line catering and order systems, purchasing and all food safety protocol.
- Manage labor, work schedules and employees.
- Superior customer service skills are required; will interact daily with our customers and client.
- May assist with special corporate projects or events.
- Bachelor's Degree or Culinary Degree from an accredited university, college, or culinary association.
- 5 years' experience in a similar culinary management position in retail, manufacturing, or education dining.
- Excellent time management, communication and organizational skills including Microsoft.
- Ability to work a flexible weekly schedule.
- Possess a valid state driver's license.
