Position Overview
We are seeking a Service Technician with hands-on experience installing windows, siding, and roofing. This role is perfect for someone who has mastered the technical aspects of installations and is ready for a stable, reliable position with great pay. While project management experience is not required, you will be instrumental in ensuring that projects are completed to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Job Completion: Perform service calls, repairs, and final project touch-ups, ensuring all work is completed to the highest quality standards.
- Installer Recruitment: Source and onboard qualified subcontractors to support project needs and maintain the workflow.
- Quality Control: Conduct inspections and ensure installations are carried out according to company standards and building codes.
- Customer Satisfaction: Handle client interactions professionally and ensure a positive experience from start to finish.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with project managers and other team members to ensure smooth operations and timely project delivery.
