What You’ll Do:
- Close sales for home renovation projects, including windows, siding, roofing & doors.
- Meet with homeowners to provide expert consultation, assess needs, and offer customized remodeling solutions.
- Create and present detailed proposals and estimates, ensuring clients understand the scope, timeline, and costs of their projects.
- Build long-term relationships with clients through excellent service, follow-ups, and strong communication skills.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven sales experience in a residential or home improvement sales role. Previous experience in home renovation sales is a major plus!
- A highly motivated, target-driven individual who thrives in a commission-based environment and consistently exceeds sales goals.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build rapport and close deals quickly.
- Reliable transportation and the ability to meet with clients in their homes for consultations (local travel required).
- Self-starter with a strong work ethic, ability to work independently, and a desire to succeed.
