About the role: Class A Driver Home every other weekend is a great opportunity for experienced truckers to balance work and personal life. American Driver Recruitment Agency is seeking qualified drivers for this position.
**Job Summary:**
- We offer a competitive salary range of $1500-$1800 per week, depending on experience.
- Average earnings are $1600-$1900 per week, with a guaranteed minimum of $1500.
**Key Responsibilities:**
You will be responsible for hauling dry van freight across the country, with 100% no-touch and 80% drop-and-hook loads.
**Requirements:
- At least 3 months of verifiable Class A OTR or Regional experience in the last 3 years.
- Clean MVR with no DOT preventable accidents recently.
- No major moving violations in the last 3 years, including personal and CMV records.
- No termination from previous jobs.
- No DOT recordable accidents in the last 4 years and no more than one incident in the last 18 months.
- No more than 8 jobs in the last 3 years.
- No DUI in PMV (never in CMV) in the last 7 years and only one in a lifetime.
- Absolutely no SAP drivers can ever have failed a DOT drug or alcohol test.
**Benefits:**
- Paid W2 with full benefits, including medical, dental, vision, and 401k.
- Mileage bonus: 3 CPM based on safety, mileage, and productivity.
- Detention and layover paid, detention at $12.50 per hour after 2nd hour, and layover/breakdown at $100 per day.
- Pre-Pass provided to bypass weight station.
- RIDERS allowed, must be over 10 years old, we also have a pet policy.
- No cameras in trucks.
**Additional Details:**
Drivers can expect 2500 to 3000 miles each and every week, with every driven mile paying the same.
