Average Weekly Miles : 1,800 miles and 4 loads.
Compensation Structure :
Base Pay : $0.70 - $0.80 per mile based on verified experience (0-96 months).
Unload Pay : $240 per unload.
Stop Pay : $25 per stop.
Backhaul Pay : $50 per backhaul.
Home Time : Minimum home weekly with a 34-hour reset for quality family time.
Comprehensive Training : Participate in a week-long ride-along training program with a current driver at $150 per day.
Key Responsibilities :
Deliver to locations in ND, SD, NE, KS, OK, AR, MO, IA, MN, WI, IL, KY, TN, IN.
Manually unload goods at each destination.
Driver Qualifications :
Minimum 3 months of recent OTR or Regional driving experience in the last three years.
MUST PASS HAIR FOLLICLE & URINE TEST.
No SAP drivers.
Clean driving record : No more than 3 moving violations in the last 3 years, and no more than 2 within the last 12 months.
Major moving violations : None in the past year and only one within the last three years.
Safety record : No more than 4 incidents in the last 3 years, and no DOT recordable incidents in the last 3 years.
Secure parking location for your truck and trailer.
