Were looking for experienced CDLA drivers and recent CDLA graduates who are eager to hit the road while enjoying regular home time. Our loads run up and down the Eastern Seaboard and dont travel too far west ensuring predictable routes.
Job Details :
Freight Type : Dry Van 100% no touch 60% drop & hook
Running area : Loads go up and down Eastern Seaboard dont go to far west
Weekly Pay : $1100 $1200 (based on experience)
Mileage pay : $0.55$0.65 based on verifiable experience
Detention Layover and Extra Stop Pay
24hour Dispatch
Mileage : Averagemiles per week
Home Time : Every other week for 3448 hours
Orientation : Paid $300 on your first pay check
Bonus Potential : Monthly bonus up to $0.08 CPM (fuel safety performance)

No slip seating

Freightliner CascadiaKW T680 International automatic (2020 and up)
All trucks equipped with APUs
Recent CDL A Graduates :
Requirements :
Must have a Class A CDL
At least 120 hours from an accredited truck driving school
Training :
Training type : Regional & OTR
Paid training in duration of 46 weeks
Home every other week for 3448 hours
Dog & Rider allowed after training completion
Paid orientation $300
REQUIREMENTS FOR ALL CANDIDATES :
Must be 21 with Valid Class A CDL
Minimum of 6 months of verifiable Class A OTR driving experience in the last year or 1 year in the past 5 years.
Employment History :
Solid 10year work history with no significant gaps outside of schooling or training (6 months in the last year or 1 year in the last 3 years maximum).
No more than 4 jobs in the last year with no terminations due to safety violations.
Driving Record :
No more than 2 moving violations in the last year.
No serious traffic violations in the last year (e.g. speeding over 15 mph reckless driving).
No more than 1 DOT recordable preventable accident in the last 2 years; no major accidents in the last 5 years
No DUIs in the last 5 years and no more than one in a lifetime.
Cannot have failed or refused a DOT Drug or alcohol test
No Clearing House Violations
NO SAP Drivers
Criminal background
No misdemeanours or felonies in the last ten years and none involving children ever
Drug Testing
Must pass a hair follicle and urine test during orientation with no failed or refused DOT drug / alcohol tests.
