New drivers : Complete a 46 week OTR training with a trainer.
Experienced drivers : 6 months or more can skip training.Home Time : BiweeklyOrientation : Held at the nearest hub location based on driver residence.Schedule : Must be available to drive both day and night.Average Weekly Miles : Approximately 2500Compensation & Benefits :
Trainee Pay : $650 / week during training period (46 weeks)Mileage Pay : $0.55 $0.65 per mile based on experienceWeekly Earnings : $1200 $1400Additional Pay : $15 per stopBenefits : Comprehensive benefits package after 30 days including medical dental 401(k) and paid time off (PTO).Requirements :
Must be at least 21 years old with a valid Class A CDL License.Graduation from an accredited truck driving school with a minimum of 120 hours of training.Must have held a drivers license for at least the last 12 months without major violations.Clean driving record : No atfault accidents major tickets or suspensions in the past 3 years.No prior terminations from previous employment.No DUIs in the last 5 years or more than two DUIs in a lifetime (if the offense occurred before obtaining a Class A License).All criminal records will be reviewed by our safety team.Ability to pass a urine and hair preemployment drug screen.Employment gaps : Must have no large gaps in employment; a maximum of 6 months in the past year and 1 year in the past 3 years.Ready to hit the road Apply today to start your trucking career with us!
