- 12months of verifiable OTR experience in the last 15months with winter drivingexperience.
- Spotless DrivingRecord : No more than two movingviolations and no major moving violations in thelast three years.
- SafetyFirst : No DOT Preventable Recordable accidents inthe last three years.
- Stable work history with no more than 6 jobs in the last twoyears .
- No terminations for latedeliveries in the last 12months .
