Position Overview :
- Equipment : Operate 53 refrigerated trailers on a dedicated account.
- Freight : 100% no touch freight featuring drop and hook and live store load / unloads.
- Schedule : Weekly home time ensuring a minimum 34hour reset.
- Flexibility : Drivers must be available for both daytime and nighttime shifts.
- Operation : 7day operation with weekends not guaranteed off.
- Work Schedule Options : Choose between a 5day work week (personal vehicle required for terminal travel) or a 6day work week (take the truck home).
- Mileage : Average 1700 miles per week.
Pay & Benefits :
- Competitive Mileage Pay : Earn $0.69 to $0.81 per mile
- Weekly pay guarantee : $1000
- Additional Incentives : $10 for the first stop $15 for each additional stop and $25 for short hauls under 50 miles.
- Average Weekly Earnings : $1600.
- Monthly Bonus : $0.06 per mile for exceeding 8200 miles with no accidents and maintaining 7 MPG fuel efficiency.

Driver Requirements :
- Age : Minimum 21 years old with a valid Class A CDL.
- Driving Record : Must have a clean driving record with no major accidents serious tickets or suspensions in the last 5 years.

- Drug Screening : Must pass both urine and hair preemployment drug screens.
