We are hiring CDL-A drivers for a dedicated account. This position offers consistent work, predictable home time, and premium benefits. Earn up to $113,500 per year
100% Touch Freight – Hands-On & Consistent Work
Drivers will be responsible for loading boxes (1-35 lbs) onto a conveyor belt. This is a physically active job that provides steady, year-round work with dedicated routes.
Pay & Job Details:
- Average Weekly Earnings: $2,150 (performance-based)
- Annual Earnings: Up to $113,500 (performance-based)
- Daily Flat Rate: $215
- Unload Pay: $300 per trailer
- Average Weekly Miles: 800-1100
- Trailers per Week: 3–4 (53’ dry van)
- Breakdown Pay: $100 per day
- Weekly Paychecks
- Home Time: 5 ½ -6 day - work schedule with a 34 hour reset weekly
- Truck Parking: Drivers can go home with the truck

Hiring Requirements:
- Valid Class A CDL in the state of residence
- Age: 21 years or older
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of verifiable CDL-A experience (past 3 years)
- Hiring : 100 mile radius of Morehead KY
Driving & Safety Requirements:
- No more than 3 moving violations in the past 3 years
- No DWI/DUI convictions in the past 3 years
- No truck abandonments at unauthorized locations in the past 3 years
- No serious traffic violations in the past 3 years
- No more than 2 preventable collisions in the past 3 years
- Must pass PSP screening
