Job Details :
Regional freight to the Southeast and Mid-south, occasionally has loads to the Midwest IL-IN-OH-PA
Freight Type : Dry Van 100% no touch, 60% drop & hook
Mileage : Average 2100-2,300 miles per week
Weekly Pay : $1,100 - $1,300
Mileage pay : $0.55 all miles paid
Detention, Layover, and Extra Stop Pay
Short Haul Pay : $40 for loads under 100 miles
24-hour Dispatch
Home Time : Out on Sunday back on Friday, or out on Monday back on Saturday
Orientation : Paid $300 on your first pay check
Bonus Potential : Monthly bonus up to $0.08 CPM (fuel, safety, performance)
Perks and Policies :
Weekly Pay : Direct deposit
Benefits : Full benefits after 30 days, including medical, dental, 401K, and PTO
Pet / Rider Policy : Bring your dog or rider from Day 1 (dogs must weigh under 30 lbs)
Truck Features :
No slip seating
Drivers can take trucks home
Freightliner Cascadia, KW T680, International, automatic (2020 and up)
All trucks equipped with APU’s
Requirements :
Must be 21 with Valid Class A CDL
Minimum of 6 months of verifiable Class A OTR driving experience in the last year or 1 year in the past 5 years.
Employment History :
Solid 10-year work history with no significant gaps outside of schooling or training (6 months in the last year or 1 year in the last 3 years maximum).
No more than 4 jobs in the last year, with no terminations due to safety violations.
Driving Record :
No more than 2 moving violations in the last year.
No serious traffic violations in the last year (e.g., speeding over 15 mph, reckless driving).
No more than 1 DOT recordable preventable accident in the last 2 years; no major accidents in the last 5 years
No DUIs in the last 5 years and no more than one in a lifetime.
Cannot have failed or refused a DOT Drug or alcohol test
No Clearing House Violations
NO SAP Drivers
Criminal background
No misdemeanours or felonies in the last ten years and none involving children ever
Drug Testing
Must pass a hair follicle and urine test during orientation, with no failed or refused DOT drug / alcohol tests.
