Looking for a driving job with great pay, consistent home time, and steady miles? We’ve got you covered. Join our Midwest Regional Fleet , where you’ll run familiar routes, be home every week, and enjoy the benefits you deserve.
What You’ll Get :
Home Time : Run 5.5 days, home every week for your 34-hour reset.
Pay : $0.57–$0.64 CPM based on experience.
Miles : 2,200 miles per week for steady paychecks.
Average Weekly Pay : $1,300.
Freight : 100% no-touch freight, 80% drop & hook.
Bonuses & Incentives :
Sign-On Bonus : $500 after your first load $500 after 30 days ( must be active and seated at the time of payout to qualify ).
Performance Bonus : Earn up to an additional 3 CPM based on safety, mileage, and productivity

Requirements :
Experience : Minimum of 3 months of verifiable Class A OTR or regional experience within the last 3 years.
Driving Record :
Clean MVR with no DOT preventable accidents in the last 3 years.
No major moving violations (personal or CMV) in the last 3 years.
No DOT recordable accidents in the last 4 years; no more than one incident in the last 18 months.
No DUI in a personal vehicle within the last 7 years (never in a CMV); only one DUI allowed in a lifetime.
Employment History : No terminations from previous jobs; no more than 5 jobs in the last 3 years.
Drug & Alcohol Policy : No SAP drivers; must have never failed a DOT drug or alcohol test.
