Job Details :
- Freight Type : Reefer
- Touch Freight : 100% no touch, 60% drop & hook
- Weekly Pay : $1,200 - $1,500 (based on experience)
- Mileage : Average 2,100 - 2,300 miles per week
- Home Time : Every other week for 34-48 hours
- Pet / Rider Policy : Bring your dog or rider from Day 1 (Trainees must wait until training completion; dogs must weigh under 30 lbs)
- Orientation : Paid
- Bonus Potential : Monthly bonus up to $0.08 CPM (fuel, safety, performance)

For Recent CDL A Graduates :
- Requirements :
- Must have a Class A CDL
- At least 120 hours from an accredited truck driving school
- Paid Training :
- Training type : Regional & OTR
- Duration : 4-6 weeks
- Training pay : $650 / week
- Home every other week for 34-48 hours
- Dog & Rider allowed after training completion
- Paid orientation $300
Requirements for All Drivers :
- Age : Must be 21 or older
- Driving Record : Fairly clean with no major accidents, tickets, or suspensions in the last 5 years
- Employment History : Solid 10-year work history with no major gaps (outside of school or training)
- Background Check : No DUI / DWI, felonies, or misdemeanors in the last 10 years
- Drug Screen : Must pass urine and hair follicle pre-employment drug screen
