Key Responsibilities :
- Route : Operate in all Northeast states including all of New England and as far south as Virginia.
- Freight Handling : Transport freight that requires 100% touch (full hand unload using a conveyor belt).
- Training : Complete a training program of 200250 hours behind the wheel.
- Safety Compliance : Maintain a clean driving record and adhere to all safety regulations.
Compensation :
- Weekly Earnings : Average $1700.
- Pay Structure : $0.80 $0.85 CPM based on experience.
- Mileage : Average betweenmiles per week.
- Extra Stop Pay : Earn an additional $15 for each extra stop.
Home Time :
- Schedule : Drivers will be out for 14 days with 3448 hours at home every other week.
- Convenience : Option to take the truck home during breaks.

Training Details :
- Training Pay : $650 per week.

Experienced Driver Requirements :
- Experience : Minimum of 6 months verifiable Class A experience in the last 12 months or 1 year in the last 5 years.
- Driving Record : No more than 2 moving violations in the last 12 months; no serious traffic violations.
- Accident History : No more than 1 DOT recordable preventable accident in the last 2 years and no major accidents in the last 5 years.
- Job History : No more than 4 jobs in the last 12 months; cannot have been let go for safety violations.
- Drug & Alcohol Tests : Must not have failed a DOT drug or alcohol test.
Trainee Requirements :
- Age : Must be at least 21 years old with a valid Class A CDL.
- Driving Record : Clean record with no serious violations in the last 5 years (only one DUI allowed in a lifetime).
- Criminal Background : No misdemeanors or felonies in the last 10 years especially involving children.
- Drug & Alcohol Tests : Must not have failed or refused a DOT drug or alcohol test.
- Unemployment History : No more than 6 months of unemployment in the last year or 1 year in the last 3 years.
