Position: Full-Time Laborers and Machine Operators
Location: 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue, Tyrone, PA 16686
Shift: 12-Hour Rotating Shifts (7:00 AM - 7:00 PM and 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM)
Position Status: Full-Time, Hourly, Non-Exempt
Starting Pay: $20.70 per hour with opportunities for advancement

Your Role and Responsibilities:
As a valued member of our production team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our operations run smoothly. Your responsibilities will include:
- Operating and inspecting fork trucks, clamp trucks, and tugs
- Removing wires, wrappers, and debris from paper bales when loading conveyors
- Assisting machine operators and material handlers
- Inspecting finished products and reporting any issues to operators
- Transporting rolls or skids of paper to Finishing or storage areas
- Loading and unloading rolls using proper equipment and techniques
- Assisting in splicing rolls and threading the winder
- Replenishing operating and packaging supplies to ensure uninterrupted production
What We’re Looking For:
- Safety First: Adhere to all safety policies and procedures and understand workplace hazards.
- Team Player: Assist your colleagues and maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Quality Focused: Uphold quality standards in all tasks.
- Skills: Fork truck experience required. Ability to walk distances, stand for 8-12 hours daily, and lift up to 50 pounds frequently. Must be able to read and comprehend a tape measure.
- Availability: Willingness to work 12-hour rotating shifts with exceptional attendance.
- Experience: Previous manufacturing experience is helpful but not required.
Work Environment:
Our manufacturing environment is safety-centric, requiring safety shoes, glasses, and hearing protection. Hard hats, cut-resistant gloves, and face shields may also be necessary for specific tasks. We maintain a smoke-free, fast-paced, and high-pressure setting to ensure the highest standards of quality and efficiency.
