What are the responsibilities and job description for the Installation Technician position at American Eagle Techs?
Job Hours: Monday – Friday 6:30 am – 4:30 pm.
Estimated 40-55 hours a week.
This may vary based on weather. After 45-day probationary period your performance and wage will be evaluated, and we will establish a development plan. This is followed up with a 6-month evaluation where we will repeat the evaluation process.

As an installation technician you will be responsible for installing, diagnosing and repairing residential/commercial swing, slide and vertical pivot gates.
1. This includes learning the main products we work with and being able to install efficiently with craftsmanship.
2. Includes reading wiring diagrams, pulling wire, and properly wiring accessories
3. Includes setting up job sites to mount accessories. ( i.e Pouring concrete forms, setting posts for safety sensors, cutting grooves in roadways for vehicle sensors
4. Using drills, impact guns, caulk guns, floor saws, grinders, etc Gate operator installation and service, Installation of all types of Gate Operators, Telephone Entry Systems, Keypads, Cameras, Mag Locks and all forms of Access Controls.
Installation of security camera and NVR/DVR systems.
Minimum requirements
- Possess CLEAN and Valid FL DL (minimum 3 years)
- Reliable transportation

Pay: $16.00 - $22.00 per hour
