Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Order Desk Clerk located in Tulsa, OK. The Order Desk Clerk will handle day-to-day order reception, distribution, and delivery tasks, which include but are not limited to answering phone calls, managing various communication apps, supporting and communication with offsite team members. Additionally, this role involves processing orders in windows based applications, maintaining accurate correspondence records, and providing excellent customer service to ensure efficient and smooth operations.
