Lead, plan and manage the execution of assigned projects, with focus on nuclear safety, industrial / personnel safety, risk, quality, schedule, scope, and cost.
Job Description
The primary responsibility of this position will be working with the Projects testing group. Some additional responsibilities are as follows :
- Resource Management : Collaborate with project teams to assess and determine the necessary resources required for each project, ensuring optimal allocation and utilization.
- Test Procedure Review : Evaluate and provide feedback on test procedures developed by the testing group to ensure compliance with industry standards and project requirements.
- Coordination During Testing : Facilitate the coordination of resources throughout the testing phase, including scheduling and logistical support to ensure timely completion of testing activities.
- Issue Management : Act as the primary point of contact for issue management during testing, identifying potential problems, implementing solutions, and escalating as necessary to maintain project timelines.
- Work Order Task Creation : Oversee the creation of work order tasks related to testing activities, ensuring clarity and alignment with project objectives.
- Updating Testing Guidance : Regularly review and update testing guidance documentation to reflect changes in project scope, technology, or regulatory requirements, ensuring all team members are informed of current practices.
