Operations – Field Coordinator
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Operations – Field Coordinator. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the seamless coordination of our field technicians, dispatch operations, and service scheduling—helping American Elevator Company continue to provide exceptional service in the elevator industry.
About the Role:
As an Operations – Field Coordinator, you will be the central hub for communication between field technicians, dispatch, and customers. Your primary responsibilities will include scheduling service requests, tracking parts shipments, maintaining operational workflows, and ensuring timely and efficient service for our clients.
We are looking for a self-motivated professional who can manage multiple priorities, troubleshoot scheduling challenges, and thrive in a fast-paced, service-driven environment. Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential, as you will interact daily with technicians, customers, vendors, and leadership.

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
