Other offices are Gloucester, Arlington and Rockland. If any of these are more convenient we would be happy to place there.

Job Summary:
We are looking for a personal lines account manager or customer service focused professional who is eager to learn insurance or has experience and enjoys working in a fast paced, professional team oriented environment. Great benefits including Unlimited PTO!
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the day-to day account management of an assigned book of business which includes client communication, policy changes, renewals, new business placement, payments & claims.
- Operate and maintain our agency management computer program.
- A dedication to above and beyond customer service.
- Respect and support for teammates, customers, and partner relationships.
- Keep informed of changes and trends within the industry for the purpose of anticipating and responding to client’s needs.
- Actively close sales depending on the client’s needs.
- Conduct business in a manner that demonstrates an understanding of both the business and earnings implications of the Company.
- Have a strong ability to multi-task
- Ability to mainly work independently
Qualifications:
- P&C Producer’s license is preferred but will pay for the right candidate to get licensed
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
- Experience servicing personal accounts within an insurance agency is preferred.
- Thorough knowledge of personal lines coverage and markets.
- Experience with a client management system. AMS360 preferred
- Experience with Outlook and Word
