Description
American Endovascular a leader in the fields of Amputation Prevention, Endovascular, & Interventional Radiology is seeking a Business Development Manager to join our team. The Business Development Manager for nursing homes will play a crucial role in driving growth and establishing relationships within the healthcare and senior living sectors.
Responsibilities:
- Developing and executing growth strategies to increase the client base and expand the business.
- Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers, referral sources, and families.
- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the nursing home and senior living industry.
- Managing and retaining existing client relationships to ensure satisfaction and continued business.
- Collaborating with internal teams to create and present business proposals and negotiate contracts.
- Traveling within a designated territory to meet with prospects and clients.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing within the healthcare sector.
- Education: A bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, or a related field preferred.
- Skills: Strong relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills. Ability to develop and implement business strategies, and a proven track record of generating business.
- SNF or LTC experience preferred but not required.
