Job Summary
We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Marketing Intern to support our marketing efforts and gain hands-on experience in marketing, communications, and client engagement. The marketing intern will also assist in planning and executing client engagement and marketing events.

- Contribute to the execution of comprehensive marketing campaigns across digital, print, and social media platforms, ensuring consistency in messaging and brand voice.
- Assist in the creation, editing, and distribution of a wide range of marketing collateral, including brochures, newsletters, presentations, and digital assets, to support various marketing initiatives.
- Support the management of AET's social media channels by keeping content fresh, engaging, and aligned with current marketing efforts, and actively seek opportunities to enhance user engagement and brand visibility.
- Assist with website updates, blog posts, and other external communications to ensure accurate and engaging content.
- Assist with the planning and logistics of corporate events, including webinars, trade shows, industry conferences, and internal company events, ensuring smooth operations and effective promotion.
- Collaborate with the Communications and Marketing Department team members to support additional functions as needed.
- Provide administrative and inventory support by organizing promotional materials and managing marketing inventory.
- Perform other Communications and Marketing related duties as assigned.
- Current enrollment in a related Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
- Interest in marketing and communications.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn and social media is a plus.
- Experience with graphic design a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience in writing, editing, and producing marketing materials, including blog posts, press releases, newsletters, and social media content.
- Basic design skills using software like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or Canva is a plus.
