Administrative
- Help with daily administrative duties: handling confidential documents, organization, correspondence, and other clerical duties
- Be able to relay school policies, student immigration, and admissions information in a clear and understandable way
- Develop healthy and friendly relationships with students and faculty
- Help students with educational questions regarding college admissions
- Work closely with the Director of Administration to manage, communicate, and monitor student affair
Student Recruitment
- Must feel comfortable with assisting new student inquiries via email, telephone, and in-person meet
- Find ways to build and nurture new student leads
- Keep the team organized and up-to-date on student leads
Other Requirements
- Bilingual in Mandarin
- Knowledge of international F1 student regulations a HUGE plus
- Multilingual in additional languages is a plus
- Must have strong spoken and written English skills
- Recent sales or customer service experience
- Able to stay extremely organized and think creatively
- Interest in Business, Communications, or other related fields
- Savvy with social media or interest in Marketing is a plus
